That Place [In all it’s glory]

I’m nervous as a cat

Wonder what he’ll look like?

What will I feel when I see him?

What will he think when he sees me?!

oh my god

I feel so much emotion right now

I want to hide in the bathroom and cry

Jesus!

I got here early

I’m almost finished with my first old-fashioned

I’m channeling the energy of Hemingway tonight

Maybe I will free the Ritz

Set it back to it’s blazing glory

Ok, let’s drink

The rest will be left to chance

Time and circumstance

Will tell our story

    1. Thanks so much, glad you liked it! I loved the photo because of what looks like a stand-off between lovers Carrie and Mr. Big, it was perfect for the poem where the one lover anxiously awaits her lover and is not sure what to expect!
